I am incredibly let down by the service! I had reserved a party several weeks ahead of time. Just two days before the event, which coincided with my daughter's birthday, I received a call stating they had to cancel my reservation due to permit issues that wouldn't be resolved in time. (Two days before?) They proposed to reschedule my party at a different time and location, along with a 20% discount for the inconvenience. Feeling desperate and under pressure from my very disappointed 8-year-old, I agreed to consider it. The representative promised I would have 24 hours to decide if I left a $75 deposit. After the call, I checked my email and saw that no discount was applied; it was actually $107 more! I quickly called back the number, but a different person said they couldn't help and suggested I hang up and call again to reach a regional manager. I did so but couldn't speak to anyone and left a message, which has gone unanswered. I am truly devastated. This service has ruined my daughter's birthday!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This facility is poorly managed and a safety hazard. My son was attacked by a group of unsupervised kids, and the lack of staff supervision was alarming. When I reported the incident, the staff showed indifference and took no action. I had to call the police for documentation because of the negligence. I reached out to corporate for a refund, but received no response. This place is a liability and endangers children daily. Parents, steer clear of this establishment!
If your child is over 8, it's not worth the expense. There are limited activities, only one trampoline, and you can't use socks from another location without trading them in or buying theirs. One area resembles a larger play structure, and it becomes boring quickly.
My kids attended a birthday party here, and it was frightening. No one monitored the area. An employee was stationed at the entrance, claiming to be available if needed, but no one checked on kids' safety. My daughter got stuck in a foam pit, and thankfully, her sister helped her out since no one else was around. This place is chaotic! Never again!
