I ordered a Reverse Treadmill and didn't receive any updates for three weeks. After emailing to inquire about the delay, it took several days to get a response, only to be informed it was a pre-order and would take another four weeks. Ultimately, it took over seven weeks, and I wanted to cancel my order, but their terms stated that pre-orders couldn't be canceled. I expressed my frustration and mentioned I'd refuse the delivery, but was told I'd only receive store credit, not a refund. Their customer service is extremely slow, taking days to respond without providing any clear timelines. When the treadmill finally arrived, the pressure control attachment was broken upon unboxing. I submitted evidence and was told a replacement would be sent, but after significant delays, I still haven't received it. This company is a joke, and the treadmill is a complete waste of money. Stay away!
