I ordered a slant board and paid for next day delivery, but after several days with no delivery, I emailed them. They informed me it was a pre-order item, which wasn't mentioned on their website. They acknowledged this oversight but took two weeks to deliver the board, which turned out to be of very poor quality. I strongly advise against ordering from this company.
