I preordered a reverse treadmill in March 2025 and waited three months for delivery. When I attempted to cancel my order in April, they denied my request due to their policy on preorders. After several tracking issues, the treadmill finally arrived, but the resistance mechanism was missing, and the overall quality was disappointing. I've encountered better products for less elsewhere. Their customer service is slow and unhelpful. I received only part of the missing piece after requesting the complete mechanism, and they charged me customs fees again despite my clear request not to. I'm extremely frustrated.
