Tried to cancel order at the beginning of December. Customer support were resistant to me cancelling but eventually agreed and was told it would take 2 weeks to process. Followed up in January and they finally processed the cancellation. But no refund issued. Had to go to my card issuer for a chargeback, which Slantboard then tried to dispute by claiming that the goods had not been returned back to them which is odd since they were never sent in the first place.
