I thought this would be a reliable company since it was recommended by my trainer. I ordered in early October, but received no dispatch notification. After multiple follow-ups, I still got no response. Checking online revealed many others are experiencing similar issues. Thankfully, I only ordered a slant board and some accessories, and I'm pursuing a chargeback with my credit card company. I requested an immediate refund since nothing has been dispatched, but their response was dishonest. Overall, this company has a strange and unprofessional approach to business and should be avoided.
