If this is not a scam, then it is an awful company…Ordered the goods on 29th September - information about shipping - 3-5 daysAfter one week - no info so I reached the support. They said they will have the goods in two weeks and then they will send the order.After two weeks nothing - so I reached them again. They replied that some of the goods were on pre order, which was not true at the time of my order three weeks earlier and said that they will get the goods in November.I asked them to cancel my order, because I didn’t want to wait two or more months for my order. They didn’t address my request, just provided plain information…Then of course silence so I reached them again.On the 7th of November they responded that they referred the issue to the account team and a refund will be issued accordingly…After one week nothing - I reached them again- they replied that refund might take up to 14 days…Guess what? After 14 days nothing - I reached them again - response - system does not show any returns …returns of what? Goods I didn’t receive???That’s all by now. I will update, if I got my money back.Update - 10th of December - more than a week ago(on the 28th of November) I received the information that my refund is being processed and that the refund should be with me in few days. Guess what? Nothing. Their answer from 9th of December - they will update me when they will have more information. After 2 months of emailing with their support team… I will update again and again until they resolve this!
