I ordered a treadmill and didn't receive any updates for three weeks. After reaching out, I learned it was a pre-order and would take four weeks for shipment. In total, it took over seven weeks, during which I wanted to cancel my order, but the terms stated I couldn't cancel a pre-order. I was told I could refuse delivery, but that would only result in store credit, not a refund. Their customer service is frustratingly slow, taking days to respond without clear timeframes. When the treadmill finally arrived, the pressure control attachment was broken. I sent evidence and was promised a replacement on 21/10/25, but as of 11/12/25, I still haven't received it. This company is a joke, and the treadmill is a poor investment. I strongly advise against using their service!
