I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. My accounts were closed despite having no transactions and not actively using them, yet they were labeled as a “risk” without any explanation. If there were any concerns regarding my business or documentation, I fail to see why my account was approved in the first place. I had connected this account to my online marketplaces, and it has now been abruptly closed, without any clear rationale or reference to policies. The lack of transparency and communication has been incredibly frustrating. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this service to other small business owners, particularly those who are just starting out. I hope the company enhances its customer support and clearly articulates its policies to prevent such situations in the future.
I registered my company at the start of 2025, and in February I got my account from Slash. They’ve been absolutely tremendous with all payments. I don’t use any other platforms now and I have integrated Payoneer, Stripe, Anchor with slash that works perfectly.Slash has been reliable, fast, and hassle-free. I truly recommend it for startups looking for a solid financial partner.
I started the application process for an account over two months ago, but I haven't heard anything about its progress. “We need more time to check your application” is the only message I've received.When I inquired about the status at the help desk, I received very quick responses, but unfortunately, there has been no progress.
