After I sent an email enquiry to them I was quickly contacted by a lady named Zenia or Xenia. I'm unsure as to which branch it was but they called me from an 0151 prefix. I spent 34 minutes on the phone with one of her, giving her all of my details relating to my reason for calling. Whilst waiting to be transferred to the correct department I was cut off. In her defence she called back within 10 minutes and told me that she would now transfer me to the correct department, which they did. When the lady from the new department picked up her phone the fist thing she asked was "How can I help you?" I informed her that I had just given all of the details to her colleague over the past half an hour and asked had she not passed them on? She replied "No she hasn't". Well, if that isn't rank incompetence than I don't know what is. I told her I would find another company. Hopefully the next company I try won't just waste my time with their lacklustre efforts.
