After a tragic incident, I contacted Slater & Gordon and spoke to Delia Coleman. I immediately felt at ease with her; she was empathetic but still professional. She regularly kept me up-to-date with the claim and was just on the end of the phone if I ever had any questions or queries. I honestly cannot recommend Delia and Slater & Gordon enough. Their professionalism and expertise was exceptional.

Don't bother bunch of amateurs falsely advertising as good solicitors, as came back to myself after around 2 weeks of waiting on a no win no fee claim for personal injury and came back saying after recieving my photo evidence that they could not visualise what had collided with me in my clear photos
ALL I CAN SAY THEY MUST LITERALLY MUST GO TO WORK BLIND WITH NO EYES NO POINT HAVING BLIND PEOPLE LOOKING AT PHOTO EVIDENCE LOL.
In my experience on the phone not one person can even speak the Kings Language properly and no real dialogue able to activate with anyone who knows how to proceed with claims it's a waste of time you may as well ask Humpty Dumpty or Noddy off some kids programme for help as these are a total fail when looking for no win no fee representation go somewhere else that can speak the Kings lingo

Lack of communication. I have an on going hearing loss claim but have received no updates in two years. When I contacted the firm they couldn't find my claim. Eventually they found it and said it was being held up by the courts. It's been 10 yrs since starting this claim, which beggars belief.

Reviews are fake, I used them for my car claim against a non insured, 6 years to finally settle. Constant change of claim handler, no communication from them at all.
Generic email now and again, saying waiting for paperwork....
DISGUSTING SERVICE. when finally settled they took 36% of MY CLAIM!

After I sent an email enquiry to them I was quickly contacted by a lady named Zenia or Xenia. I'm unsure as to which branch it was but they called me from an 0151 prefix. I spent 34 minutes on the phone with one of her, giving her all of my details relating to my reason for calling. Whilst waiting to be transferred to the correct department I was cut off. In her defence she called back within 10 minutes and told me that she would now transfer me to the correct department, which they did. When the lady from the new department picked up her phone the fist thing she asked was "How can I help you?" I informed her that I had just given all of the details to her colleague over the past half an hour and asked had she not passed them on? She replied "No she hasn't". Well, if that isn't rank incompetence than I don't know what is. I told her I would find another company. Hopefully the next company I try won't just waste my time with their lacklustre efforts.

Our focus was never on the financial aspect; we wanted to ensure the doctor's name was made public to warn others, hoping he would eventually lose his license. The team successfully achieved this for us, and while it won't bring our son back, it will help his brother feel supported, knowing he is still looking out for him.
