If you need your order within 8-10 business days, I advise checking in with customer service. My order took a little longer due to high demand and warehouse shipping. I contacted a representative who was very prompt and courteous in their responses. They understood my concerns since these items were gifts and prioritized my order. When my full shipment didn’t arrive, I reached out again, and after reviewing the images I provided, the replacements were sent within about 5-6 days. Initially, I was uncertain, but the quick communication and resolution reassured me. While I don’t expect perfection, I do expect the company to stand by their product and fix any issues. The representative’s dedication played a key role in my positive review, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars, as some minor details from the pictures weren’t in my product. Overall, the product is well-made, soft, and retains its quality even after washing!
