Honestly, this company has been incredibly frustrating. I didn’t see any information about being unable to cancel orders before shipment during the purchasing process. Logically, if you still have my merchandise, just cancel it. I reached out via email politely, but all they offered was to change my order to a different comforter. I’ve had to file a claim with my bank due to their lack of responsiveness. I’m extremely annoyed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
