Avoid this place! The comfort exchange is a scam! I was charged for two beds but only received one! I'm very unwell, which is why I needed a new bed since I'm often bedridden! Now I'm stuck paying for a $1,200 bed that I paid $100 to return and $4,900 for the second one. They charged everything to my credit card and seem indifferent now that they've gotten all that money! It's incredibly upsetting! There's more to say, but I'll refrain for now! One of the worst experiences ever!
