Avoid this place! The comfort exchange is misleading! I was charged for two beds, but I only received one! I'm feeling very unwell, which is why I needed a new bed since I'm often confined to it. Now I'm left paying for a $1,200 bed that I paid $100 to return and an additional $4,900 for the second one. They charged everything to my card and seem indifferent now that they've received all that money! It's incredibly frustrating! There's more to say, but I'll hold back for now! One of the worst experiences ever!
Now, they're saying they will only provide store credit for the original amount, no pillows included, and I have to pay $124 just to get that store credit. Their comfort exchange is completely false! Is this what gives mattress stores a bad reputation? So far, this has been the worst mattress buying experience ever! They're trying to change the agreed deal after payment. Beware of this place! I would have been better off shopping anywhere else! Dishonest practices are happening here! Update: Their response is just a generic one to make them look good in reviews. I emailed them AGAIN, and received no response. I definitely should have chosen another place for my mattress. Complete nightmare.
I cannot recommend this company or this location. I spent over two hours in the store selecting a new mattress, which I was excited about. I spent over $3,000 and was promised a 'white glove delivery service.' I purchased an adjustable base that was on sale and was told it would incur an extra delivery charge. Delivery was only available Tuesday-Thursday, which didn't work for me. The salesperson said I could pick up the base myself for a Friday or Saturday delivery. Would they still set it up for me? Yes, I was assured. I was not informed that the delivery team would refuse to help move my old mattress or set up the new one. My father went to pick up the base, and when the delivery team came, they were rude, refused to help, and left my new mattress leaning against the wall, blocking access to my closet and restroom. I drove to the store, but it was locked. I called another location and finally got help, but they couldn't send a crew until the next day. I am now worried about the mattress being stored improperly. Overall, the delivery team was terrible and clearly did not care about customer service! Very disappointing.
If I could leave no stars, I would! I purchased a mattress protector for over $200, not realizing my husband had bought one too. I wanted to return it immediately after getting it, but the store staff wouldn't accept it and directed me to contact online support, who were rude and unhelpful. It's no wonder this store has such poor ratings; their return policy is pathetic. If the package is unopened, there’s no reason for them not to accept it back. It shows that their sales are poor, and that's why they refuse returns. If they were reputable, they would accept returns. My advice to anyone is to avoid this store and go to a reliable one that stands by their products. You’ll get nowhere if you have a problem here.
This was the worst experience ever; my bed was five hours late being delivered. I received a call from customer service stating that my bed was damaged, yet they were still going to deliver it. I contacted corporate but received no help from the representative, who referred me to a regional manager who never reached out. In the end, I received a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This is a different type of review. I have family who previously worked for this company. They became disillusioned quickly due to broken promises about pay and work culture. It's unfortunate, but they will be returning to the company they truly enjoyed working for. I advise against purchasing from here, as they have a history of poor treatment toward both customers and employees.

If I could give them zero points, I would! They have been unresponsive for over two months regarding my niece’s bed replacement after sending the wrong size. They keep promising delivery on different days but never show up! This is unacceptable behavior and resembles a scam!
