I booked for Dec 30th-31st, but the confirmation switched to Dec 2nd-3rd. I attempted to correct it online but was met with a misleading phone number and a frustrating cycle between customer service representatives. As someone on a fixed income, I can't afford to pay for a room I didn't use. Now I have to pay for another room and will not use this service again. I will be sharing my experience to warn others.
