Failed to Honor Reservations and Poor Conditions

They completely disregarded the reservations that were made. The air conditioning had a terrible odor, almost like urine. Additionally, they imposed an extra charge and insisted that online reservations weren't possible, despite me showing them the confirmation number. None of their claims were honored.

Booking Dates Were Wrong

I booked for Dec 30th-31st, but the confirmation switched to Dec 2nd-3rd. I attempted to correct it online but was met with a misleading phone number and a frustrating cycle between customer service representatives. As someone on a fixed income, I can't afford to pay for a room I didn't use. Now I have to pay for another room and will not use this service again. I will be sharing my experience to warn others.

Excellent Stay at the Hotel

The hotel on Shadeland Ave was the best I've experienced in the area. Check-in was smooth, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping started promptly after checkout. Breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of items. The daytime staff was friendly and helpful, and the night staff was equally accommodating. The hotel was clean and peaceful. The manager assisted me with a favorable rate for a longer stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a room in town.

Disappointed with Points Tracking

I spent three days at the hotel and was surprised to find that they accepted cash at the front desk. I was not asked for my membership number. Not only was I charged an extra $100, but my stay points were not tracked, leading to nearly $600 in charges. When I inquired about my points, they told me to contact the hotel chain directly. I was informed that I wouldn't receive points for my two-day stay. What a disappointment!

Unsettling Stay Experience

Avoid the location on Falling Spring Rd. We were excited to switch rooms, but the new one came with constant noise disturbances and a lack of basic amenities like towels and a TV. We even experienced attempted intrusions at night. The staff seemed overly dedicated, living on-site, but it didn’t make for a restful stay. If you’re looking for a relaxing experience, this isn't the place for you. Consider bringing extra security measures.

Fantastic Stay in Hurricane, WV

Our stay at the hotel in Hurricane was outstanding. The front desk staff was professional and friendly, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was wonderful, and breakfast was excellent, with the staff ensuring everything was stocked and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Privacy Concerns with Double Booking

My room was double booked, leading to two men walking in on my wife while others were at the pool. This could have resulted in a serious situation. Management showed little concern and dismissed the issue. I will not stay at this hotel or any affiliated locations again. If privacy and safety are important to you, think carefully before choosing this service.

Pleasant Stay in Erie, PA

I recently stayed at the hotel in Erie, and it has been updated beautifully. The rooms, though not large, are clean and fresh. The manager was attentive and genuinely wanted to ensure guest satisfaction. I frequently travel through Erie and will make this hotel a regular stop.
