Avoid This Place

My experience in September 2021 was extremely negative. The assistant manager provided the worst customer service, worsening an already bad situation. She argued and made excuses instead of addressing issues. The hotel had dirty walls, a used lotion bottle, and a broken elevator. I could enter my room without a key, compromising safety. No one responded to the fire alarm, and I had to call 911 myself. This hotel is poorly maintained, especially during a health crisis. Please see the photos online for evidence.
