I have been having issues with the app and/or the bed for quite some time now. When I reach out I get the same shpeil from everyone I talk to and I get no results. The app just stops tracking my sleep in the middle of the night for no reason. I have many nights where there are two sleep scores and just last night I could not log in to the app. When I was finally able to log in most of my sleep data was gone.
These people talk to me like l am a moron. I have taken screen shots from the app showing what I am talking about. I have tried EVERYTHING that is available to try and l am still having problems. I am tired of being asked the same questions and giving the same answers and getting nothing that addresses my issue. This company has most definitely not stood behind their product in my case.
This is highly disappointing to put it nicely considering the money you spend. I should have just gotten a remote.
The app is so unreliable. I was considering another brand with Sleep Number.
I am thinking I made the wrong choice now. Do I have to drive the 2 1/2 hours to the store it came from and create a scene to get some real help here?! I am so far beyond frustrated!
