I have been having issues with the app and/or the bed for quite some time now. When I reach out I get the same shpeil from everyone I talk to and I get no results. The app just stops tracking my sleep in the middle of the night for no reason. I have many nights where there are two sleep scores and just last night I could not log in to the app. When I was finally able to log in most of my sleep data was gone.
These people talk to me like l am a moron. I have taken screen shots from the app showing what I am talking about. I have tried EVERYTHING that is available to try and l am still having problems. I am tired of being asked the same questions and giving the same answers and getting nothing that addresses my issue. This company has most definitely not stood behind their product in my case.
This is highly disappointing to put it nicely considering the money you spend. I should have just gotten a remote.
The app is so unreliable. I was considering another brand with Sleep Number.
I am thinking I made the wrong choice now. Do I have to drive the 2 1/2 hours to the store it came from and create a scene to get some real help here?! I am so far beyond frustrated!

My spouse and I are absolutely thrilled with our bed paired with the Smart Base. From the very first night, it was clear that this was a significant enhancement in comfort and quality of sleep. The ability to adjust each side separately, find our perfect firmness, and utilize features like head and foot elevation, Zero Gravity, and under-bed lighting has transformed our sleep experience. The Smart Base allows for easy reading, relaxing, watching TV, and sleeping comfortably, and we wake up feeling supported and refreshed. The bed feels incredibly well-constructed and high-quality, functioning exactly as described. This was definitely a worthwhile investment, and we feel it has been worth every cent. We’re experiencing better sleep, waking up with less discomfort, and honestly wish we had made this change sooner.
I highly suggest this bed for anyone looking to significantly enhance their sleep.
The sales team provided excellent and friendly support. The delivery team was respectful of my home and completed their work swiftly and thoroughly. My sleeping experience has significantly improved so far.

From the start, my husband and I knew that we had a helpful, knowledgeable, caring person that was educating us about their products and not just trying to sell us a new bed. The correct purchase, delivery, setup, how to maintain our Sleepnumber bed and follow up from Joe has made us feel confident with our purchase and then there is the great nights sleep in our bed and the ability to enjoy all the features the bed gas to offer. The store customer service was amazing today. Brian had wonderful knowledge of product. Went home happy!!! 2 sets of sheets super soft and winter fuzzy ones. A comforter thats baby soft. A warming mattress layer ( which i had no idea you had!!!) And an additional open cell foam pad. Can't wait
