Horrible experience! Second bed we’ve bought from them . Representatives are not knowledgeable and lie about what you need and what they do. We have had to have numerous parts and pieces replaced. Waiting 3-4 weeks for each replacement and Still not working correctly. Agents at the company are rude and not helpful. Basically sorry for your luck! Will never buy again. Junk!
