Customer service is absolutely terrible to deal with. They don't want to answer your questions or pass you on to a supervisor.
I got hung up on 2 out of 4 calls.
They can not keep there delivery schedule i was rescheduled twice. Delivery happened 25 days after original delivery date. This is unacceptable with the cost of the bed.
