Placed baby blanket order 16th January when items were restocked and to be personalised for arrival of new baby. Still have not received item. Have contacted company on instagram, TikTok and also by email and received one automatic email reply with absolutely zero update of the order. Item was in stock when purchased. Did expect a wait due to personalised however family members have ordered other items for me personalised and they have arrived. Will hopefully receive a charge back from bank but really unhappy with service and more so when pregnant and purchasing in preparation for our newborn!
