I'll be honest, I didn’t think I needed to join the sleep club. I have been fortunate with an easy baby who slept 8-9 hours straight by 4 months. I just needed help with (1) false starts at night, (2) easier ways to get her to sleep (I would rock her for hours next to the extractor fan), and (3) predictability since our days felt chaotic. I found Hannah's profile on social media and was lucky to join her free sleeping workshop when I was questioning sleep training. I liked it but hesitated about the cost of £199. After a quick chat via messaging, I decided to try it, and it has changed our lives.
