The difference following this course and being part of the sleep and parenting groups has been remarkable for our 11-month-old’s sleep. We transitioned from waking every few hours to sleeping through the night, and we couldn’t have achieved this without the outstanding practical support provided. The course aligned perfectly with our desire for a gentle approach, and what truly sets it apart are the additional drop-in sessions and live interactions that helped us stay on track with the sleep training and address our questions along the way. The guidance offered is sensible, kind, and supportive. We highly recommend this to any parent looking to enhance their child's sleep.
Hannah is incredible! I am truly amazed by how following her course and joining the sleep club and parenting club has transformed our 11-month-old’s sleep. We went from waking up every few hours to sleeping through the night, and we couldn’t have achieved this without Hannah’s fantastic, practical support. Her course really resonated with us as we were looking for a gentle approach, and it certainly delivered. What makes Hannah even more special are the extra drop-in Zoom sessions and Facebook Lives, which helped us stay on track with the sleep training and allowed us to ask questions along the way. Hannah is sensible, kind, and supportive. We wholeheartedly recommend this to any parent wanting to enhance their child’s sleep.
In short: Will you regret taking this course? No. Will you wish you’d done it sooner? Absolutely, yes! I’m a pediatric nurse in neonatal care, and—wrongly—I thought I would handle motherhood with ease. Fast forward to two months ago, and we were in a very tough situation. My 10-month-old had never slept through the night, waking at least twice and sometimes up to nine times. I spent hours trying to get him back to sleep. Naps and bedtime often took over an hour each, leaving me exhausted. My mental health was deteriorating. I found Hannah when I desperately searched for answers. I was drawn to her course because “cry it out” was not an option for us. Despite my skepticism, I am incredibly grateful I trusted her. The process wasn’t always easy, but the gradual steps made a huge difference. I felt fully supported by Hannah and the wonderful community of parents. Now, I can put my baby in his cot, walk away, and he puts himself to sleep—completely on his own (except for the occasional dummy). This was life-changing, and it happened within about a week. He now only wakes a couple of times at night, either settling himself or with a quick dummy pop-in. He no longer feeds overnight (we previously fed him up to three times), and he enjoys long, restorative naps in places he wouldn’t have slept before. I can’t thank Hannah enough. I feel like a new person. My friends have also signed up for the course, and I encourage everyone to do the same. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Hannah! 💛
I don't even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude to Hannah! I have followed her Newborn, Sleep, and Weaning courses, and they have been a tremendous help during the first 8 months with my first baby. Not only is my baby sleeping wonderfully, but the courses and a few calls with Hannah have given me the confidence and tools to navigate tougher moments. I can't imagine having had my first baby without her guidance! Hannah is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and always willing to help, adapting to the needs of both me and my baby. I have recommended her to many others, and they feel the same. Thank you, Hannah! P.S. My top tip for Black Friday is to grab Hannah's courses!
I came across Hannah at a sleep workshop organized by a parenting group. I was struggling with my 12-week-old still relying heavily on contact naps and resisting sleep. After speaking with Hannah, I signed up for her course and implemented a few adjustments based on her suggestions, and now my baby only needs one night feed! I’ve also started her gentle approach to self-settling, and she can now fall asleep lying down next to me instead of needing to be carried. I’m feeling hopeful about progressing through the 13 stages to help my baby self-settle and reduce daytime sleep struggles! I also attended one of Hannah’s drop-in clinics recently to ask some questions. It was a great way to have one-on-one time with Hannah and hear about others’ sleep challenges at an affordable price. Hannah is very approachable, and I trust this process, so thank you, Hannah!
Wow, just wow. I enrolled in the course as my 12-month-old only ever fell asleep when rocked or fed, and we were struggling with bedtime and waking multiple times at night. He would never sleep in a stroller and rarely in the car. The course was so gentle, taking small steps without leaving the baby to cry alone. There might be some crying, but you’re there to support them through it. It took us a few months to complete due to holidays and illnesses, but now my baby can be placed in his cot and falls asleep independently. He sleeps in the stroller or car when we’re out, and we’ve stopped feeding to sleep thanks to the course and available routines. Honestly, it’s amazing. I also participated in the free workshop and the sleep club, both of which were fantastic. So much free information is available to assist you through struggles. Hannah is incredibly supportive, and the course offers lifetime access to many resources, including free learning opportunities. If you’re worried about independent sleep and methods like crying it out, this is for you. I can’t thank Hannah enough for all the knowledge she shares.
I signed up for Hannah’s free Weaning Workshop, and it was very informative and useful as I prepare to wean my 5-month-old son next month. I couldn’t attend the live sessions but was able to watch them later, which was fantastic! I appreciate the free advice, time, and effort that Hannah put into it. Thank you!
I purchased Hannah’s course when my daughter was 6 months old, and within six weeks, I had completed it. We had completely eliminated the feed-to-sleep association, and she was self-settling beautifully. Then we faced a bout of illness combined with a sleep regression, and it felt like everything had been forgotten. After a week of challenging bedtimes, I decided to join Hannah’s drop-in clinic for some guidance. Hannah suggested a few small adjustments, and within 24 hours, we were back to self-settling wonderfully, with bedtime taking no more than five minutes. I found the drop-in incredibly helpful—having one-on-one time with Hannah, asking questions, and listening to others, all for a very reasonable price. Hannah’s technique is fantastic and shows that once a child learns to self-settle, they never forget! I couldn't recommend it more :)
I'll be honest, I didn’t think I needed to join the sleep club. I have been fortunate with an easy baby who slept 8-9 hours straight by 4 months. I just needed help with (1) false starts at night, (2) easier ways to get her to sleep (I would rock her for hours next to the extractor fan), and (3) predictability since our days felt chaotic. I found Hannah's profile on social media and was lucky to join her free sleeping workshop when I was questioning sleep training. I liked it but hesitated about the cost of £199. After a quick chat via messaging, I decided to try it, and it has changed our lives. Fast forward several weeks: our baby is nearly 6 months old, now sleeps in her own room, sleeps 10 hours straight at night, and falls asleep with almost no help from us (yes, Dad and Grandparents are also involved!). We are much better at distinguishing between fatigue and hunger. I am sleeping better than before having a baby. Hannah's approach is slower but gentle, which felt right for us. Our baby adapted well to the 13 steps and other daytime changes. I loved being part of a community chat where I could seek advice from other parents. Hannah also makes time to respond to our queries and offers Zoom drop-ins for face-to-face questions. It’s comforting to have ongoing support. One thing to note is that no method is completely cry-free. Our baby did cry a little, but it was manageable. With the chat support and Zoom calls, we could ask all the questions we needed. Remember the 3Cs: calm, confident, and consistent to implement changes in your baby's sleep. To conclude: THANK YOU, Hannah, and I look forward to seeing you in the Weaning club.
