I came across Hannah at a sleep workshop organized by a parenting group. I was struggling with my 12-week-old still relying heavily on contact naps and resisting sleep. After speaking with Hannah, I signed up for her course and implemented a few adjustments based on her suggestions, and now my baby only needs one night feed! I’ve also started her gentle approach to self-settling, and she can now fall asleep lying down next to me instead of needing to be carried. I’m feeling hopeful about progressing through the 13 stages to help my baby self-settle and reduce daytime sleep struggles! I also attended one of Hannah’s drop-in clinics recently to ask some questions. It was a great way to have one-on-one time with Hannah and hear about others’ sleep challenges at an affordable price.
