Awful customer service. I’ve been waiting a month for a refund for a harness (too large) that I returned. Sleepypod even confirmed receipt of return however has failed to provide a refund after 30 days of receipt of returned item. I have sent a few follow up emails and got zero response, I even tried live ‘Chat’ and was immediately disconnected from ‘Chat’ session when I asked about refund. I immediately try to start another ‘Chat’ session and got a message that ‘Chat’ session was not available (this was during business hours). I have sent a dispute to my credit card company. Use caution if you have to return a product to sleepypod.com
