I have had a sleepypod for years. Loved it. Velcro began to wear so i ordered another one. Re measured same cat and was still same size. It came and I unpacked it. Next day re fit it twice. Too big around the neck. Took 5 minutes to get out of. Emailed you wondering how I could return it as I list the packaging. NO REPLY!!!!!!It cost me $100 canadian dollars. POOR SERVICE.
Hats off to Sleepypod for their amazing customer service. I had an issue with the sleepypod I ordered and they immediately set me up with a replacement. Zero hassle for me. It’s such a relief knowing a company not only makes safe, high-quality products but also truly stands behind them.In my expirence if you get a defective product from a business online it can be a nightmare to resolve the issue. I was pleasantly suprised to have the issue resolved the next buisness day. All businesses should take a note from sleepypods team, as this is what will bring customers back and not scare them away.
My dog stands up and gets twisted constantly. I have to unbuckle her to free her while driving which is so dangerous. This product may be crash tested but it doesn't keep the dog in place. It was expensive and not helpful unless someone is in the back seat with my dog.
