I attempted to purchase a (very expensive) travel pet carrier from Sleepypod this week. The product page for this item misleadingly shows a multitude of color options; however, nearly every color is out-of-stock well into next year. When I spoke with a representative about the matter, they informed me that they do not appropriately plan ahead by increasing inventory in anticipation of the holiday season.I'm incredulous that this company's inventory is so markedly mismanaged and will not give this company my business going forward.
