I placed an order for a binder on August 27th and finally received it on December 1st. Three months later, I was told the item was a pre-order and delayed by supplier strikes. I was never informed it was a pre-order; it was listed as ready to ship. After all the delays, I was hit with a $37 international shipping COD, in addition to the $24 I already paid for shipping. The binder ended up costing over $100 due to hidden fees. It's a beautiful product, but be prepared for significant costs.
