I ordered a card binder on June 1, 2025, and it’s now September 19, 2025. A month after ordering, I reached out for updates and was told it would arrive in August, meaning over two months after ordering. Now their website indicates I won’t receive it until October. I have never experienced such terrible delays before. How can it take over four months for a simple binder to be produced? I will never order from this company again.
