I ordered a binder on August 27th and finally received it on December 1st—three months later. Their explanation was that it was a pre-order item and faced delays from the supplier due to strikes. I was never informed it was a pre-order; it was advertised as ready to ship. After all the delays, when the product finally arrived, I was hit with a $37 international shipping COD, in addition to the $24 I had already paid for shipping. The total cost for the binder exceeded $100 due to these hidden fees. While the binder is lovely, be ready for significant expenses.
