I've monitored my deliveries and even reached out to the restaurants, which confirmed my order sat for at least 20 minutes. I've NEVER received hot or even warm food through their delivery. I've learned my lesson: you get what you pay for with “discount” delivery, and they fail to meet expectations every time. Consider this a warning. Spend a little more and choose a reliable option if you need delivery.
