We placed an order and 20 minutes later it was cancelled. Called the shop and they said they were experiencing issues so cancelled the order. But we could place the order again. Placed the order a second time and it said confirmed. Then showed out for delivery and never showed up. Called the shop again they said it was never confirmed so they didn't cook the order or attempt to deliver. We were charged twice and over two hours later found out they never cooked or delivered our order. Called slice and experienced terrible customer service. Will never use again or order from that shopm
I’ve been using slice for quite some time and I’m very pleased with the app and customer support. I haven’t had much of any bad experiences with the slice team at all.. 2 times in a row I had something wrong with my order I had for delivery and slice support was on it within minutes! Both times they over achieved and supported me as the customer, this last time the place of business immediately called me back after slice got ahold of them and the pizza place apologized for messing up my order: they tried to blame slice but I knew better.. the pizza place didn’t read the order properly but my order was fixed and I was happy. The other time I was missing 2 pizzas from the SAME! place and it was due to a driver issue.. slice refunded me what I didn’t get and the tip immediately. The staff has ALWAYS been friendly! And supportive!! I only gave it 4 stars because I wished there was more options available for foods where I’m located (Florida). Regardless rest assure you will be taken care of no matter the situation slice customer service has been fantastic. Thank you slice!
I am a major pizza lover. I have had pizza from every single pizza joint in palm city. When I went into palm city Pizza to give it a try I had no idea what I was in for. I ordered the grandma pizza, it was the absolute best pizza that I have eaten anywhere in the country in the past several years the owner was making the pie himself. It seemed like your normal pizza pie place, but the product was far superior than anything around. From the crust to the sauce to the cheese to the way, it was cooked. It was just almost absolutely perfect. That’s all I have to say about that besides, thank you very much.
Customer service rep Rosie Q was excellent and did all she could to help resolve the issue she deserves 5 stars...the delivery driver was terrible took almost 2hrs to deliver a pizza 10min away cause he made multiple stops needless to say the pizza was inedible definitely will order from slice again but will just pick my own food up because there is no regulation on the drivers
If I could rate lower, I would. I’m finished with this service. Delivery times of 60-90 minutes when the restaurant states 30-40 minutes or less. I've monitored my deliveries and even reached out to the restaurants, which confirmed my order sat for at least 20 minutes. I've NEVER received hot or even warm food through their delivery. I've learned my lesson: you get what you pay for with “discount” delivery, and they fail to meet expectations every time. Consider this a warning. Spend a little more and choose a reliable option if you need delivery.
I really enjoy using the app! However, there was a mistake with my order from the restaurant. I reached out for assistance and they promptly contacted the restaurant and arranged a refund for the incorrect part of my order. The app is easy to navigate, and I appreciate the incentive of a free pizza! I rated it 4 stars mainly because I would love to see a few more options for our usual dining spots.
I would rate this service even lower if possible. We ordered a pizza, and it took over 2 hours to arrive—cold, no less. When I reached out to the support team for a refund, the representative offered a mere 25% discount, which didn't even cover the tip. I strongly advise against using this service.
This is my second experience using the service, and both times my order arrived later than expected. The first time, I was somewhat let down as the food was no longer warm. However, this time, the support team was quick to address the issue, and I was pleased with their solution. I’m willing to give them another try, but the limited options for local pizza places is a drawback. I’ve asked for more to be added.
When I placed my order, I was given a delivery window of 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I checked the app and used the chat feature, where I was told my order would arrive in another 10 to 15 minutes. Ultimately, my food arrived two hours after I ordered, and it was cold. The delivery person didn't even ring the doorbell; they were about to leave it at my front door when I stepped outside. I won't be using this service again.
