Ordered @ 7pm via Slice from New York Pizza & Pasta. At 8:45pm and 2 driver name changes, I contacted Slice help desk. They said no one was answering at NYPP- which is often a response they use on the BBB site & Trust Pilot. They did offer a discount, if I would go pick up my food?! How would they know that if they could not get through to the restaurant? Had I not checked in with the Slice app @ 8:45- there would have been no communication on their end. Hungry and beyond irritated at the Slice company. The app @ 8:45 was showing they were still waiting to pick up my order. Don’t bother with this service- going back to Uber Eats. Oh and the kicker? My refund will take a few days. Thank you- not:(!
