Steer clear of this service. I've had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. My order arrived with a damaged shipping box, and the gift box inside was bent and unusable. I reached out immediately about the damage and inquired about honoring the discount from their recent sale. Instead of assistance, they insisted I return only the outer box for a replacement. This response was absurd and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Since then, I've emailed multiple times for a return label or proper support, but they've ignored every message. No replies and no effort to help. Due to their lack of response, I've had to escalate the matter with my bank. A truly disappointing experience from start to finish. I won't order from them again.
