Ordered 27th February and it was delivered the next day (I paid for standard delivery). The comb is useful and the lightwork clay is not sticky and leaves the hair still soft but with added volume and texture. It also smells a bit like sudocrem. Happy with both!
Steer clear of this service at all costs. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with customer support. My order arrived in a damaged shipping box, and the inner gift box was bent and unusable. I reached out immediately regarding the damage and also inquired about honoring a discount since I had ordered just before their sale. Instead of assistance, they insisted I return only the outer box to receive a replacement. This was an unreasonable response to an issue caused by their shipping and showed no willingness to resolve the matter. Since then, I've emailed multiple times requesting a return label or proper support, but they have completely ignored all my messages. No replies or efforts to fix the situation. Due to their lack of response, I've been compelled to dispute the charge with my bank. An utterly disappointing experience from beginning to end. I will never order from them again.
