I'm honestly uncertain if this service is a scam. I signed up as an "ambassador" and paid for four monthly "boxes" (which are just small envelopes), but I've only received one in the last four months. I've contacted the support team at least five times without any reply. The one item I did get was a necklace and bracelet that were underwhelming, especially compared to what they promote on social media. I doubt the value of a complete "box" and ended up just covering the shipping costs.
