I recently purchased from Slidejewels and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The jewelry is absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship and detail are even better in person than they look online. It has such a high-end feel and I’ve already received so many compliments on it!
Beyond the products, the customer service was fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire process seamless. It’s rare to find a brand that nails both the product quality and the customer care so perfectly. I will definitely be shopping here again!
This is such a scam😂😂 Like yes you get your stuff but it’s impossible to cancel the subscription and you just get random charges all the time. Don’t sign up to be an ambassador it’s so fake I can’t
Worthless crap-PREDATORY COMPANY
Stay away from Slide Jewelry and their predatory
ways. I emailed them over a week prior to them
sending me a second peice of crap to cancel my
subscription, but they didn't. The Jewelry is garbage,
They claim vou can cancel anvtime, but there is
iterally no way to cancel the subscription yourself
despite them claiming you can do so. They increase
the charge with each shipment which is only
supposed to be $9.99 for "ambassadors". The second
unauthorized charge was $14.99. I had to delete the
payment card I used for them through the Shop app
so they wouldn't be able to charge me again after
nultiple emails to customer service telling them to
cancel my subscription. ľ'm going to report them as
fraud for the second charge. This company is
disgraceful. STAY AWAY!!
It’s clear that a lot of care and creativity goes into every piece. If you’re looking for jewelry that feels feminine, stylish, and meaningful, this brand is definitely worth it. ✨
Don’t do it! Did not receive 4 of the monthly boxes. Though I was charged. Customer service will not respond! Had to contact my credit card company to cancel since it’s impossible to cancel on website. They take anyone as ambassadors, please don’t be fooled. They charge you 14.99 a month and the products are not worth that. They say it’s for shipping but it’s a way they make money from items I would guess are worth a couple dollars each.
I'm honestly uncertain if this service is a scam. I signed up as an "ambassador" and paid for four monthly "boxes" (which are just small envelopes), but I've only received one in the last four months. I've contacted the support team at least five times without any reply. The one item I did get was a necklace and bracelet that were underwhelming, especially compared to what they promote on social media. I doubt the value of a complete "box" and ended up just covering the shipping costs.
After placing an order through the ambassador program, I found no option to cancel the subscription. They claim you can do it through your account or email links, but there's nothing. I reached out on social media, but once I mentioned 'cancel,' they stopped responding. My comments about this issue were deleted. After several attempts, I finally managed to cancel my subscription, but the experience was frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this program at all.
