Be careful with platforms showcasing many 5-star and 1-star ratings. It appears the service may be manipulating ratings by encouraging employees to post positive reviews. Regrettably, my experience was disappointing, leading me to give just one star.
I dislike that when I download slides and attempt to add to them, the new slides do not maintain the design or theme of the original presentation. It would also be beneficial if the design stage allowed for more interactivity to fine-tune the presentation.
The trial period was misleading, with key refund restrictions not clearly stated during signup. Support provided repetitive scripted responses and only offered a partial refund despite my cancellation within the trial. The templates are overpriced, and the AI generator fails to follow prompts or yield usable results. Overall, a disappointing experience with low value for money.
