I would give 0 stars if possible! SW is a scam! It doesn't use any neurological or nutritional theory just shaming techniques! It sells UPF as a way to further your weight loss and calls certain food "syns" which is disordered thinking about food and not recommended if you wish to have a healthy relationship with eating! Most of the "slimmer of the year" achievers have regained there weight and the founder of SW is not at a healthy weight! Do not even begin to get sucked in to this horrible, shaming cult!
