An online member now but have done SW Groups in the past (always successfully). I love the online Community Experience ... where there is as much support as you need. SW is such a healthy, enjoyable way of eating.
I highly recommend this weight loss program! I've lost 6 1/2 stone so far with the help of a supportive consultant who is also on their journey. The program is well-structured, and being part of a group sharing tips is fantastic. What's not to love?
This isn't about the program itself but rather a ready meal I purchased. I tried a beef lasagna recently and it was the most unappetizing thing I've ever tasted. As someone with extensive food experience, I wouldn't even classify it as food; just one bite was more than enough.
I've been on and off with this program for years and lost 7 stone, but gained 4 back during lockdown. Returning to my Saturday morning group has been wonderful, and the consultant is exceptional. I love going to class every Saturday!
I canceled my subscription last Monday, yet I received a delivery today. I've confirmed my cancellation, but I still got a box. I've been charged for it, and while I'll keep it to avoid waste, I would appreciate a refund since I didn't order it. Be cautious if you cancel; they may continue sending boxes and charging you.
