I have ordered their mixed scrunchie set (2 large and 5 skinny) to try out. The scrunchie are great. They don't pull or damage hair and stay in place. I hardly even feel these scrunchies when I have them on and when I take them off they don't yank out any hairs. Really great so far, but I'll see how long they last.Also, my order arrived fairly quickly and with no issues. I may order a pair of silk pillowcases as well in the future.
