AVOID

AVOID! I bought two pillowcases from Slip, I needed them quickly they were sent, however they were re-directed to my Local post office in London, when I went to pick them up, they told me they coudn't find my package. the next day I call Slip on the UK number given on their website, all I ever got was a voicemail, this number isn't in use. I then resorted to sent an email but have yet to receive a response! Their customer service is appalling. Now I have paid for two pillowcases which I have not received and I cannot get in touch with anyone at Slip to report my issue. They have taken my money yet I have no items and no way of contacting them. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY esp if you are in the UK.

Low quality silk for a high quality price

Low quality silk, advertised as high quality, falls apart and customer service ghosts you. I bought 3 pillowcases from Slip when they were on sale and I’ve used 2. One had an obvious defect straight out of the box so I contacted customer service. Took a few days but they responded and after some photos they eventually sent a replacement. I still need to send the defective one back which I haven’t gotten around to doing yet but while this was going on I was looking at my other pillowcase which has loose threads, the same defects the other one had (nicks or missed threads) and was pilling all over. Given I hand washed the pillowcase and am experienced at caring for silk I was shocked. I emailed the company with pictures and haven’t received a reply a week later, ghosted. Kmart sells the same quality pillowcase as Slip for $30. If you want a high quality 30-momme silk pillowcase go to Ecosa and pay $90 (they often have sales) or SilkSilky and pay $110 (not $115 which is Slip’s price) with the option of zip or envelope and choose your pillow size ie. standard, single, queen, king, square, euro and have your high quality silk last years like it were brand new. Edit: Slip responded and sent another replacement. I’ve opened the other Fairy Floss replacement and surprise, defects. While their customer service has sent replacements and did respond after a week, I stand by their products being terrible! I believe their customer service really does try to look after their customers but their products are letting them down.

Definitely worth the investment!!

I didn’t expect such a big difference, but wow Slip Silk has completely changed my hair game! I have naturally curly hair, and since switching to their silk pillowcase, I’ve noticed way less frizz, fewer tangles, and my curls actually keep their shape overnight. It’s so gentle and smooth compared to cotton, no more waking up with dry or flattened hair.It’s also been a game-changer for my skin. My face feels less dry in the mornings, and I’ve had fewer sleep creases. It feels so luxurious, but it actually makes a real difference. Definitely worth the investment, especially if you’ve got curls or care about keeping your hair healthy 😍

Not worth the money. Poor quality fabric that falls apart after a few washes. Never make the same mistake again!

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, a company than truly looks after their customer. purchased items from a third party site, ended up with some issues with the products. It was dealt with seamlessly and cannot fault their want to keep their customers happy. I received my goods today, and very impressed. Thank you.

Amazing

Ever since my friend bought me one of these pillowcases for my birthday I've bought another pillowcase, two hair wraps and two eyemasks. They are very good! The hair wrap doesn't bleed onto my pillowcase and doesn't fall off when I sleep (problems I have with bonnets) and the pillowcases are so soft and stay cool. The eyemasks also block out light well despite them being a light colour. My friend who first got me hooked on this brand has also bought herself a pillowcase and some scrunchies. I've tried one of the thin scrunchies and they feel quite sturdy and are VERY stretchy. I may be investing in some of these next!

Customer service is the worst

Customer service is the worst. I called 3 times telling them the zipper had completely separated from the pillow and asked them to please call me back. Never heard from them. I’ll never order a product of theirs again nor will anyone else who I can pass this information along to.

Customer Service Turned it Around

Update: slip arranged a new shipment of my order and all went well this time. I think they were let down by their courier. Customer service sorted everything out and added an extra free gift with my order too. Thank you slip, will definitely order from you again.Original review:I ordered a hair wrap to help protect curls.The order and dispatch went well as expected but my item still hasn’t been delivered. I contacted Slip only to be given the same tracking details I already had, I contacted them again and have not received a response. I have since requested a definitive delivery date or a refund and am awaiting their response.

Eye masks: room for improvement

Only missing 5* as the eye mask is too loose and there is no means of tightening it without tying a knot or stitching it; which after paying a hefty price I’m reluctant to do. I have a pillow case which I love and the eye mask. The eye mask I have to say is not worth the money and needs a re-think in regards to fitting options.

If I could give 10 stars I would.So what happened was my pillow got rust from my shower railing when hanging it to dry. Emailed slip and they came with an awesome suggest to give me a replacement. I’ve never had customer service like theirs!!!! Reacted to me in literally 1 day. Lauren from customer service much love! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!!!!
