I was excited to order silk pajamas from them and was promised express shipping on the order. It been 2-3 weeks since I ordered and I haven't even received a TRACKING NUMBER. I emailed customer service about it and they were super unprofessional with response time: they said they would get me a tracking number. I patiently waited and they said they would give it to me by end of the day and issue me a refund... None of that happened. I followed up and was proceeded to ignored for the several days after.
