Review Time
Ordered a product for my girlfriend. They said it would take 2-4 business days to ship. Over a week later, they still hadn't processed the order. I contacted the company and they didn't respond. I ended up contacting my bank to try to get a charge back instead. Never attempting to do business with them again.
And to add insult to injury, they had the nerve to ask for a tip from a fully automated website. I've worked shipping and packing before doing order fulfillment, and I've never heard of anyone ever asking for a tip.
Stunning item, exactly as described. Excellent quality for the price. The shipping took a bit longer than anticipated, and I didn't realize it was shipped from outside the country. I've learned this for future orders, but it wasn't an issue this time since I didn't need it urgently.
I ordered a pink cashmere shawl which cost me some £100. When it arrived very prettily presented I did not like the colour and thought the cashmere was poor quality. I have emailed twice asking for a return address and refund but have heard nothing from them
