I gave a previous review a few months ago on this website. I got an email yesterday morning that the company had replied to my message. I check and they ask me to email their same help email that ive been emailing this entire time, and can you guess what happened?...
I got the same generic AI response that any initial email gets...that ignores the fact i have already provided all of my information and issue, and asks me to provide it all over again.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HANDLED BY AI THERE IS NO HUMAN TO HELP YOU I WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE DO NOT PUT MONEY ON THIS APP I REPEAT DO NOT PUT MONEY ON THIS APP
