I have already emailed them my information and copies of my ID several times after your verification system did not work before or after the update. Here I am leaving my email address whuch is niqhtiesATyahoo.com, which will allow them to pull up my information and manually verify my ID, but I bet their AI answers here, says it understands my frustration and wants me to email them all of my personal info along with the issue when not only have I done so repeatedly, I left my email here to be connected.
