I had indeed received a cashout. I reached out multiple times but either received no response or they reaffirmed their position. I indicated that I wouldn’t continue playing until my balance was restored, and mentioned seeking third-party assistance if necessary. The decision to revert my balance to $497 seems illogical; it encourages players to withdraw winnings immediately, leading to more bonus cycling. It’s baffling why the casino would pay out large wins only to withhold $285 from me. I remain hopeful for a resolution; if they rectify the situation, I would consider updating this review to 4 out of 5 stars.
