I was initially informed that my withdrawal would take 30 minutes after my ID and crypto were verified. However, I was then told it could take up to 96 hours (4 days). Customer service later mentioned it might extend to 7 days or more. I'm currently trying to resolve this with a manager after repeatedly requesting to speak to someone else, as the representative was unhelpful. Depending on how much longer this takes, I may pursue legal action.
